Welcome!
I’m Amanda, the owner and sole provider of a virtual psychiatry medication management service. I see patients of all ages and treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions. My services include flexible evening and weekend appointments for busy professionals.
I offer a free phone consult to ensure I can meet your needs. Visits are cash-based ($250 for a 1-hour initial visit, $125 for 30-minute follow-ups), and I can provide a Super Bill for insurance reimbursement. Please note, I am unable to manage patients on methadone or suboxone.

Hello! My name is Amanda Sotirelis. I have been a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) since 2016, with an additional specialty for psychiatric care (PMHNP) completed in 2024. I am comfortable working with clients of all ages, based on my experience in primary care and in an inpatient psychiatric setting. I am deeply passionate about providing quality care to my clients and I enjoy working together to improve their quality of life.
